1. When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive messages related to appointment reminders and confirmations, customer support responses, automated replies outside business hours, and post-purchase review invitations.
2. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from LA WHEELA LLC.
3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to us. You may also opt out by replying CANCEL, END, QUIT, REMOVE, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you send the message to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at moni@lawheela.com
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share or sell user data, mobile opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
